I just wanted to leave you a little feedback on the work Common Sense did for us last week. First of all, your crew is Top Notch! Their knowledge and experience with systems furniture is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked with other companies, and usually you have one fairly knowledgeable guy and the rest are inexperienced labor. All three of your crew members were highly knowledgeable, and it showed from the minute we started discussing the project. As with most reconfigurations, we ran into a couple issues that required modification from the original plan. They were able to troubleshoot the issues and make the layouts work how we needed them too. I also appreciate their clean and professional look and attitude the crew had.
As for the chairs we ordered, I was impressed as well. Having a selection of loaner chairs to test was great. We were able to find a chair that was not only comfortable for everyone, but also matched our existing chairs seamlessly. As you can imagine this is very pleasing.
I really appreciate the time you give to find us the right fit in furniture. Once again, I’m also blown away by your furniture crew, and I look forward to a long relationship with you and Common Sense.
