“The workers arrived early (5:45 a.m.) and waited for the rest of the team to arrive. They were prepared and professional. I met Alex initially and showed him the space before the rest of the team’s arrival. Once the team arrived, they immediately began to dismantle the cubes at a very fast (and professional) pace. The team worked together methodically, professionally, and quickly; due to the extremely short amount of time ( 2 hours), they had to entirely disassemble ten large cubicles, stack them for removal, and prepare the area for 16 new cubicles, which were simultaneously being unloaded from the shipping truck that had arrived from Boston. One-half of the team disassembled the furniture, while the other half unloaded the truck with the new furniture. They communicated well and took great care of removing items from the truck and into the office space. Even during a snag with the cube layout (we had to reconfigure due to space issues), the team was patient, helpful, and kind, giving us the time we needed to come up with a new and successful plan and providing their assistance in placement. They never stopped working while we figured out a new layout. We worked together to ensure the team understood what we wanted. They were able to carry out the project on time, given that they were set back by 20 minutes due to Catapult employees not having their desks cleaned out. I have worked with many vendors over the years, and I feel that this team is one of the best teams I’ve worked with. A HUGE thank you to Alex and his team, as they are complete Rock Stars in my eyes!”
“I just wanted to leave you a little feedback on the work Common Sense did for us last week. First of all, your crew is Top Notch! Their knowledge and experience with systems furniture is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked with other companies, and usually you have one fairly knowledgeable guy and the rest are inexperienced labor. All three of your crew members were highly knowledgeable, and it showed from the minute we started discussing the project. As with most reconfigurations, we ran into a couple issues that required modification from the original plan. They were able to troubleshoot the issues and make the layouts work how we needed them too. I also appreciate their clean and professional look and attitude the crew had.
As for the chairs we ordered, I was impressed as well. Having a selection of loaner chairs to test was great. We were able to find a chair that was not only comfortable for everyone, but also matched our existing chairs seamlessly. As you can imagine this is very pleasing.
