My company ordered cubicles from Brian Mulligan and had a great experience. Common Sense was very patient as we worked through multiple options and their designer helped us to better conceptualize our space. Their connected team of installers were also quite speedy and provided excellent communication.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Common Sense Furniture! David Torres provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process and continues to do so. He was incredibly helpful, attentive to our needs, and made sure everything went smoothly. The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations, and the overall experience was seamless. I highly recommend David and Common Sense Furniture for any office furniture needs!
08.12.26 Update: I don’t believe David Torres works there anymore and I’ve tried to reach out and get new furniture for a whole year without a response. I’ve had multiple people in my office reach out to them with no response. It’s not the same service that my glowing review previously described. They might’ve changed ownership.

I have been working with David Torres and Common Sense OF for years. He is an extremely knowledgeable salesman and has provided exceptional products/services during each purchase.

I am in the Client Service Business and always respond to any inquiries almost immediately and NEVER more than 4 hours later.
I made it abundantly clear I WAS A BUYER...like Today or Tomorow!
I found their follow-up to my e-mail and v-mail the morning after visiting the store EXTREMELY UNTIMELY AND UNSATISFACTORY.
The experience with the General Manager was a little more professional, but I did not care very much for the cavalier attitude.
Prices were reasonable though. Delivery and set up pretty high.

From start to finish Common Sense was amazing to work with. They accommodated all of our needs when our office flooded. The staff that assisted us with picking out the furniture to the guys who installed it went above and beyond. When the guys came to is install it they worked around the construction, were quick and understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Common Sense Furniture has done 3 jobs for our company in East Orlando and they have always offered us outstanding customer service support.
