168 Eco Blended work stations
168 Eco Blended work stations. We combined pre-owned spline panels and added new components. This combination saved the customer over $55,000 and gave them the appearance they were looking to provide for their employees and customers. All the stations were keyed alike and the chair fabric selected to compliment both the pre-owned and new panels. Eco blending is a fantastic way to save money and still have the ability to choose fabrics and finishes to work with the building finishes.
Priceline (Orlando, FL.)
Starting from a clean slate and coordinating all of the finishes Common Sense furniture helped create a very fun, modern, and functional environment. Eventually home to over 200 works this space in South Orlando gave us the opportunity to be very creative. Our modern desking system works well in this facility and helps create team work. We were able to reupholster the task seating in four different fabrics to make a unique product for the customer. Having bested all of our competitors the customer allowed us to assist in the overall design package as well as the furniture selections. We guarantee that this is a fun place to work!

Sanofi Pasteur Vax Design
Our customer needed to consolidate facilities in Atlanta, Ga and Scottsdale, AZ and bring inventory to Orlando. Common Sense traveled to both locations and was able to consolidate both facilities, bring the desired inventory to Orlando and install it as well as liquidating the excess. Our nationwide network of office furniture service companies and dealers made it possible to operate in both locations and give the client better value.
Common Sense, because of their 44,000 feet of warehouse, made the timeline logistics simple. We were able to store furniture from both locations until the construction was complete in Orlando. This meant savings on leased space and allowed the customer to relocate in Atlanta and not incur any penalties. Our installation crew was able to deliver and install the furniture as space became available at the new location. Working closely with the contractor was instrumental in making the installation run smoothly. We were also able to provide conference furniture, additional work stations, and fill the needs of the customer that could not be provided for with existing inventory.
The Peterson Group (Orlando)

The 120 degree angled pod maximizes space and allows for personal work space while easily working together(picture 1). Herman Miller Remanufactured shown in 53\”H, 67\”H and 85\”H Milkyway Bridle fabric, Dark Tone Paint/Trim and Empire Mahogany Work Surface. Includes glass and accent fabric stack-ons.
Morgan and Morgan (Orlando)
Premier law firm in downtown Orlando. Outfitted 40 customer service stations with a 7 day a week two shift operation. Utilized glass stacking panels to minimize sound and keep visibility. Included were 14 administration positions with full height 7 x 8 work stations. We were able to outfit the space in three days including the relocation from the existing facility. Common Sense premade over 60 panels to expedite the weekend installation and reused existing interior components. Part of the project was the purchase and removal of the existing office furniture over the same weekend.
Crump Insurance
Open Plan Systems provided cost effective solutions for this large insurance companies customer service and processing needs. The glass window tiles allow natural light in to each work station. Mostly paperless the need for overhead storage was minimal but the 67″ panel height was still required for privacy. The standard fabric and finish selections provided a myriad of options at a very competitive price.
Waste Professionals
A great combination or preowned casegoods and remanufactured systems furniture. Great timing and foresight allowed this customer to save tens of thousands of dollars on the private offices and boardroom while getting exactly what they wanted in work stations. Our design team created the look the customer envisioned and chose all of the fabrics and finishes to compliment the customers wall covering and flooring selections. By combining the preowned and remanufactured options they achieved a very contemporary yet unimposing appearance and met their budget. Getting more for less is still possible!
